Our account managers work one-on-one with the transferee and the listing agent to find a buyer. Once a buyer has been found, the employee is freed of responsibility for the sale and can move on. Literally.  Shared responsibility on the part of the transferee means savings for you.

 

Full Home Purchase:
A guaranteed offer program may be an option to consider for your transferees. Market value for the home is established by independent relocation appraisals. The average of the appraisals establishes the guaranteed offer amount.  Once the offer is established, it is our objective, to work with the transferee and their agent to locate a buyer during the offer period.  If an outside buyer is not located, the home will be placed into inventory sales management.
